Please go to https://schuttsports.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login with an image of your damaged item for further assistance. You will need your order number or tracking number. 

Your exact order may take some time to replace due to potential stock issues, but we will ensure that a replacement item gets shipped as quickly as possible if the item was damaged.
