You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery through our returns portal. Items must be in new condition, with all parts and tags, and in their original packaging, and a Return Authorization is required. Trying on a helmet or protective gear to check the fit is fine, as long as the item shows no wear, marks, odor, or damage. Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original polybag.

These cannot be returned: custom orders, items marked final sale, items that have been worn in practice or play, washed, or used, and orders shipped outside the United States. Mis-shipment, shortage, and defect claims are still accepted. Orders shipped to Mexico can be cancelled within 5 business days of delivery, as Mexican law provides.
