Returns & Exchanges
All return requests — including claims for mis-shipments, shortages, and defective workmanship — must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your shipment. A Return Authorization is required before sending any item back.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused to qualify for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
- A valid Return Authorization code and proper authorization forms are required.
- Returns on non-U.S. orders are not accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the return is due to a mis-shipment. Items that have been worn, washed, or used are also ineligible.
Return Shipping Coverage (Redo)
At checkout, you may have the option to add Redo return coverage for $2.98 by selecting Checkout+. This covers return shipping costs through Redo, a third-party service.
- If you opt in, return shipping is covered.
- If you opt out, return shipping is at your expense.
- Redo is not available on orders that include non-returnable items, such as custom football helmets.
What Happens After You Return
All returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm they are new and unused. Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed for qualifying items. Please allow 10–14 additional business days for the credit or refund to post.
