Start your return or exchange in our returns portal within 30 days of delivery. A Return Authorization is required before you send anything back, and items must be in new condition, with all parts and tags, and in their original packaging. Trying on a helmet or protective gear to check the fit is fine, as long as the item shows no wear, marks, odor, or damage. Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original polybag.

Return shipping is covered if you added Redo coverage at checkout; otherwise it is at your expense. Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to your original payment method.
